What information should we have available for the Company Profile interview?

Indirect (Distributor) Dealers need available the following before you begin so you can quickly and easily complete the process:

  • Your Primary Email Address to be used for all critical Marantz email business communications
  • Your Primary Telephone number to be used as the search key for Distributor inquiries into the validation of your Authorization status
  • For US, Resale Certificate or Tax ID number
  • For Canada, PST Purchase Exemption Certificate or Vendor Permit #
  • Company legal name, business type, primary address, phone and DBA’s (if applicable)
  • All website URL’s, Facebook URL and Twitter@address if applicable
  • Individual contact information for Agreement signatory & primary business contact

Distributors need the information above plus:

  • Additional individual contact information for primary purchasing, sales, marketing and training contacts
  • Company information such as class of trade, target markets, associations/groups and shows attended
  • Additional business, training and marketing information
  • Entry of additional Brick and Mortar Location addresses (if applicable

Direct Dealers need all of the information above plus:

  • Additional individual contact information for primary service/installation contacts
  • Customer service information
